Adam was the first member to join our team in 2015, to establish what is now known as Lundy Manor Wine Cellars. Working closely with the proprietor, he began developing the brand, planting vineyards, and sourcing equipment for our first harvest in 2016. Prior to this, he was a winemaker in Prince Edward County where he gained invaluable experience working directly with the soils and climate that make the region’s wines so unique. He became a Certified Sommelier through the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers in 2011 and has worked for some of the top wineries in Niagara, Prince Edward County and New Zealand. He has a passion for the wines of Niagara, and created a virtual label as a way to showcase the potential of what it can produce. Adam is a graduate of Niagara College’s Winery & Viticulture program; he has fallen in love with the endless world of discovery that wine offers, and seeks out every opportunity to learn and develop from his experiences through work, travel, and studies. In his spare time he enjoys going on walks with his wife Caitlin, his son Liam, and his red setter Harvey.
Asia Pacific Liaison
Sally hails from Beijing, China. She travelled to Canada in 2014 to study Hospitality – Hotel Operations Management at Centennial College. After graduation, Sally decided to move to Niagara and study Wine Business Management at Niagara College, graduating in 2017. With a passion for continuous learning, Sally next achieved WSET level 3 certification. Sally is excited to utilize her extensive Hospitality focus education and wine knowledge while serving our Asia Pacific Markets.
